8. Start up of the equipment

Insert the battery (see illustration) and push until the safety switch clicks. .

9. Instructions for the use of the power pack and battery charger

The battery charger has dimensions for 230 V CA 50-60 Hz. The new batteries are
provided partially charged and must be charged before the machine is used for the fi rst
time. In order to recharge the battery charger plug must be inserted in a wall socket
and the power pack must be placed in the battery charger. A 1,5 Ah power pack can be
recharged in approximately 30 minutes. The status of the charge for the power pack is
indicated by the luminous diode on the battery charger.
