4. Guarantee

Every defects of the good stated after the delivery must be notified in writing not later
than and within 8 days after discovery of the same, encompassing the shipment
documents and a detailed description of
the defect(s) involved. In case of hidden failure, such notification must also be filed
within eight days after discovery of the same, and within one year of receiving the
goods. Intercable shall not be held liable for any defects not reported within the stated
deadline. Guarantee does not cover defects or damages caused by evident careless,
misuse, wrong maintenance or repairs effected by non-authorized centers or with non-
original spares. In case of repairs the warranty is extended on the replaced parts (not on
entire tool).
5. Application and use not in conformity
with the intended purpose

Information: The hydraulic battery powered compression tool STILO 60 is
suitable for compressing/crimping aluminium and copper cables up to a
maximum conductor cross-section of 300 mm².

Danger: Parts which are under voltage must not be processed with the
compression tool. The tool is considered as not isolated.

Caution: The hydraulic powered compression tool may be used exclusively in
environments with illumination of at least 400 lux, or in daylight.

Caution: The hydraulic cordless tool shall exclusively be operated by one person.
Before using the pump, send all persons out of the danger zone.

Caution: The STILO hydraulic pump shall exclusively be hand-operated
whereupon both control elements, the START button and the emergency STOP
button, must be accessible and oberable in case of emergency.

Caution: Stationary use is not allowed - the STILO cordless pump must not be
placed on the ground and not be clamped into a clamping device of any kind.

Caution: Opening the STILO cordless pump shall exclusively be made by the
manufacturer Intercable.
