1.1 General safety informations

This operation manual is applicable for the machine LTB
6 - 350. The machine may only be handled by personnel
who are qualified. Suitable safety and hygiene measures
must be taken.
It is imperative that you observe the safety instruc-
tions provided separately.
The working environment must be kept clean and
well illuminated. Keep away persons in the vicinity when
you are using the machine. Wear tight fitting clothing and
secure long hair.
Very sharp blade!
Use only food grade (FDA approved) lubricants,
e.g. TURBO LUBE GREASE (Art.-Nr. 60000078),
TURBO LUBE SPRAY (Art.-Nr. 60000077). Do not
place the nose on a hard surface, but only in the provided
receiver.
1.2 Use of the machine for purposes for
which it is intended
These machine is designed to process rough cut meat on
an industrial scale. It can be used to remove fat, tissue,
bones, and other small parts and to detach meat from
other animal parts.

1.3 Incorrect use

All uses other than those described under section
1.2 are regarded as incorrect use and are there-
fore not admissible.

2.1 Prior to taking the machine into service

Fitting of hose coupling.
(Inside diameter min. 4,5 mm, available as option-
al accessory. Hose connector: Item no. 908 051;
Hose clip: Item no 02789204)

Remove protective plug from air supply hose. Push hose
clip over air supply hose, insert hose nozzle in air supply
hose, and secure this with the hose clip. Observe national
regulations.

2.2 Taking the machine into service

2.2.1 Turn on/Turn off
Tilt lock back and press lever on plastic sleeve. Releasing
the lever will shut the machine down.
Very sharp blade!
