5.4 Rotor einbauen

In sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge (s. Fig. 5-19)
einbauen.
Hinweis Mit dem Schwerspannstift (61015) wird
die Zwischenwand (23000) im Gasaus-
trittsgehäuse (61001) positioniert (s.
Fig. 5-19).
Zwischenwand (23000) ev. mit leichten Schlägen (nur
Kupferdorn (90048) verwenden) am Gasaustrittsge-
häuse (61001) zum Anliegen bringen.
Vorsicht ! Sobald der Rotor montiert ist, diesen
axial sichern !
Führungsplatte (90170) mit 6kt-Schrau-
ben (90172 / für VTR 564 51011) am
Gaseintrittsgehäuse befestigen und die
axiale Haltevorrichtung (90180), mit der
Ringmutter (34151) montieren (s. Fig.
5-15 & 5-18/1).
Nach dem Einbau der Lager VS und TS unbedingt
die Spiele L und M messen (s. Abschn. 4.5).

5.4 Installing the rotor

Follow the instructions in the reverse order to install
the rotor (see fig. 5-19).
Note
If necessary tap slightly with a mandrel (use copper
mandrel (90048) only) to position the partition wall
(23000) correctly in the gas outlet casing (61001).
Caution !
After installing the CE and TE bearings, measure the
clearances L and M (see sec. 4.5).

Disassembly and assembly
The partition wall (23000) is positioned
in the gas outlet casing (61001) by the
roll pin (61015) (see fig. 5-19).
As soon as the rotor is in postion lock it
axially !
Fix the guide plate (90170) to the gas
inlet casing with the
screws (90172 / for VTR 564 51011)
and fit the axial lock (90180) with the
the ring nut (34151) (see fig. 5-15 &
5-18/1).
