Demontage und Montage
- 6kt-Schrauben (51011) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-8/1).
- Lagerraumdeckel (48000) mit Ab drückschrau-
ben (90900) vom Gasein trittsgehäuse (51001)
lösen und ent fernen (s. Fig. 5-8/1).
Vorsicht !
Rundlauf der Ölpumpenwelle kontrollie-
ren; max. Toleranz 0,03 mm
- 6kt-Schraube (34163), Unterlag scheiben (34165),
Palmutter (34164) und Haltefeder (34162) entfer-
nen (s. Fig. 5-8/2).
- Festhaltevorrichtung (90030) mit 6kt-Schrauben
(90031) am Siche r ungsflansch (34107) befesti-
gen.
- Überwurfmutter (39001) der Ölpumpe entsichern,
mit Hakenschlüssel (90250) lösen und Ölpum-
pe (39000) abnehmen (s. Fig. 5-8/2).
- Sicherungsblech (34113) entfernen.
- Festhaltevorrichtung (90030) entfernen.
Vorsicht ! Rundlauf der Welle kontrollieren; max.
Toleranz 0,02 mm (s. Fig. 5-8/3)
- Ringmutter (34151) mit Steckschlüssel (90050),
Drehstift (9026) und Kupferdorn (90048) abschrau-
ben (s. Fig. 5-8/4).

- Remove the hex.-headed screws (51011) (see fig.
5-8/1).
- Release the bearing space cover (48000) with the
puller screws (90900) from the gas inlet casing
(51001) and remove it (see fig. 5-8/1).
Caution !
- Remove the hex.-headed screw (34163), washers
(34165), pal-locking nut (34164) and the holding
spring (34162) (see fig. 5-8/2).
- Fix the fixing tool (90030) to the locking flange
(34107) with the hex.-headed screws (90031).
- Unlock the cap nut (39001) of the oil pump, re-
lease with the C-spanner (90250) and remove the
oil pump (39000) (see fig. 5-8/2).
- Remove the locking plate (34113).
- Remove the fixing tool (90030).
Caution !
- Release the ring nut (34151) with the box spanner
(90050), tommy bar (90261) and copper mandrel
(90048) and remove (see fig. 5-8/4).
