    Il LED verde di stato USB si accende per indicare il collegamento corretto. In caso di mancata connessione, accertarsi di avere collegato un dispositivo compatibile. COLLEGAMENTO DELLA STAMPANTE ALLA RETE TELEFONICA Sul retro della stampante sono presenti due connettori RJ11, uno "LINE" (a destra) ed uno "EXT" (a sinistra). Mediante cavo telefonico in dotazione, collegare la linea telefonica alla presa "LINE".

    • Se il tono di linea non fosse presente quando si sollevano contemporaneamente i ricevitori delle apparecchiature telefoniche addizionali, significa che è un impianto a più prese in serie. In questo caso, le apparecchiature telefoniche addizionali devono essere collegate direttamente alla stampante come già descritto precedentemente. Se tuttavia questo non fosse possibile, collegare la stampante alla presa prioritaria.

  • Seite 22 Premere la leva di bloccaggio per rimuovere la cartuccia che si desidera sostituire. Attenzione: la cartuccia nera (o fotografica) deve essere inserita sempre nell’alloggiamento di sinistra, mentre quella a colori deve essere inserita nell’alloggiamento di destra. Se la cartuccia rimossa sarà riutilizzata in seguito, inserirla nell’alloggiamento per cartuccia nera o fotografica presente nella stampante.
  • Seite 23 Inserire la nuova cartuccia e premerla verso il retro della stampante fino a quando non viene agganciata. Sollevare la parte superiore della stampante e spingere la leva di sostegno. La parte superiore della stampante si abbassa fino alla completa chiusura. La stampante esegue automaticamente l’allineamento delle cartucce che si conclude con la stampa di un testo tecnico.

Warning: The black (or photo) cartridge must always be inserted into the carrier on the left, the colour cartridge in the carrier on the right. If the cartridge removed is to be reused in the future place it in the storage/protection garage for black and photo cartridges located inside the printer.

Als bij het beantwoorden de gebruiker een faxoproep identificeert, kan deze omgeleid worden naar de printer door de gekozen code in te voeren (de vooraf gedefinieerde code is * *) met het toetsenbord van de aanvullende telefoon (als Op afstand in de Fax Configuratie vanuit Toolbox is gekozen).

    GEBRUIK VAN DE FAX INSTELLING VAN DE PRINTER VOOR DE ONTVANGST VAN FAXEN In de faxmodus is de printer ingesteld om automatisch alle oproepen te beantwoorden. Als hij wordt ingesteld om handmatig op de fax te antwoorden, is het nodig dat men persoonlijk de inkomende oproep met een aanvullende telefoon kan beantwoorden en vervolgens op de telefoon * * (of de persoonlijke code die via de applicatie Toolbox is ingevoerd) invoert om de fax te ontvangen.
