On delay and off delay with external control input (ERs):
NORMAL: The power supply (U) must be present to control the time
function with the external control input (B1). By closing the external
control contact (B1) the on delay time (t1) starts.

(R1) drops out.

external control contact (B1) is closed and opened again.
