6 Troubleshooting

Fault
Control unit does
not start.
Fan not respond-
ing.
Humidity sensor
slow to respond.
Programming unit
cannot be removed
from the wall.

Cause
Control unit switched
off.
No power supply.
Installation or mainte-
nance fault.
Programming unit sen-
sor opening blocked.
The programming unit
is still secured to the
mounting frame.
Solution
• Switch on the control unit using the
"Up arrow" button.
• Check the power supply unit and
power supply.
• Check the cabling to the fan and
control unit.
• Check the sensor opening on the
bottom of the programming unit
and clear if necessary.
• Tighten the fixing screw on the
bottom of the programming unit
until the latch releases.
