5.2 Modes & functions
Eco mode (heat recovery)
The fans change direction every 50-
70 seconds, depending on the fan
stage.
Quick ventilation mode
The rotation direction of the fans
remains constant; heat recovery is
unavailable.
Sleep mode
Ventilation is switched off for 2 hours.
The last mode is then reactivated.
Automatic mode
In conjunction with the integral hu-
midity sensor, the fan stage is regu-
lated automatically.
Filter status
Indicates when to replace the filter.
Also allows confirmation of filter re-
placement.

5.3 Filter replacement

The control unit determines when the fil-
ter should be replaced, depending on the
required air flow rate. As soon as a filter
requires replacement, the filter replace-
ment indicator LED illuminates. Pressing
the button confirms the filter replacement;
the interval resets and the LED goes out.
INFORMATION
The optimum time until filter replacement can
vary depending on local environmental influ-
ences.

5.4 Removing the programming unit

To remove the programming unit from
the wall, release the lower latch from the
frame. Tighten the fixing screw on the bot-
tom of the programming unit so that the
latch is pushed out of the retainer. You can
then remove the programming unit from
the wall easily.
