18. Cleaning

 Do not use solvents, corrosive or gaseous cleaning agents. Only use a dry cloth/
microfibre cloth to avoid damaging the surface.
Furniture is often coated with varnishes or plastics which are cleaned with a wide
range of cleaning agents. Some of these cleaning agents contain ingredients which
might damage the loudspeaker's base material, and cause it to become soft.
 If necessary, place an anti-slip mat under the loudspeaker's base.

19. Troubleshooting

 If the device stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
 Never attempt to repair the device yourself. If a repair is necessary, please con-
tact our Service Centre or a suitable authorised repair workshop.

 Check all the cable connections for damage,
ensure the correct cables have been used and
check that the Bluetooth connection is running.
 Check that all the connected devices have an
adequate electricity supply.
Check the volume level on the output device. If
necessary, increase the volume.
 Move the position of the soundbar to avoid dis-
ruptive external influences.
 Move the objects responsible for the distortion
(mobile phone or similar) away from the device.
