GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

Guarantee clauses:
• The equipment is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase as
proven by a delivery document issued by the dealer or some other document showing
the dealer's name, the delivery date and the unit serial number.
• The guarantee covers the repair or free replacement of parts of the equipment
recognised as originally faulty due to manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not
cover electric parts or parts subject to wear.
• The guarantee does not cover parts that are defective as a result of negligence or
carelessness during use, incorrect installation or maintenance, arbitrary alterations or
maintenance, maintenance carried out by unauthorized staff, installation in unsuitable
areas, and damage during transport, or any other circumstances not deriving from
manufacturing defects of components. The guarantee also does not cover installation
work or connections to supply systems.
• The manufacturer declines all responsibility for injury caused either directly or indirectly
to people or pets or damage to property deriving from failure to observe the instructions
given in the Operator's Manual, especially the sections relating to installation, use and
maintenance of the equipment, in the event of equipment breakdown or forced
suspended use. The same applies in the event that operators are not adequately
informed in advance about Workplace Safety legislation or provided with adequate
personal protection equipment (PPE).
• If the unit is repaired by the manufacturer under guarantee, transport to and from the
factory will be at the user's expense and risk.
• After 12 months the equipment is no longer under guarantee and the manufacturer will
charge for replacement of machine parts, labour and personnel travelling expenses in
accordance with the current price list. In the case
manufacturer's premises, the equipment will be shipped at user's risk.
• Under no circumstances will the equipment be replaced or the guarantee extended
following a malfunction.
• If the machine is returned to the manufacturer for repair, please enclose a photocopy
of the guarantee certificate, showing the date of purchase, the dealer's stamp and the
serial number.
Claims: Claims should be made in writing to the manufacturer within 8 days of the arrival of
goods, otherwise they will not be acknowledged.
Goods for return: Return of any goods must be discussed with us in advance and
authorized by us in writing.
Competent court: For matters not covered by current sales terms and conditions, reference
shall be made to the Italian Civil Code, to special regulations and to custom. For any claim or
controversy, the Padova court will be the competent court.
