COOKING CYCLES

With the power plug connected and the switch on, the oven is in stand by. The display reads
"OFF".
Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the oven.
1. Cycle with timer
Press the temperature button and the TEMPERATURE display (on the left side) flashes. Use the
arrow buttons to set the desired value. Press the TEMPERATURE button to confirm.
Press the time button and the TIME display (on the right side) flashes. Use the arrow buttons
to set the desired value. Press the TIME button to confirm.
Press the START/STOP button to start the cooking cycle.
When the time has elapsed, the buzzer will sound intermittently for 20 seconds and the
displays will flash.
To stop the buzzer, press any button apart from the START/STOP button.
During the cycle with timer, the TEMPERATURE display shows the temperature in the cooking
chamber and the TIME display shows the time remaining until the end of the cycle.
Press and hold down the TEMPERATURE button for 3 seconds to see the set points.
To stop the cooking cycle at any time, press the START/STOP button.
N.B. THE DEFAULT TEMPERATURE SETTING IS 100°C AND THE TIME 20 MINUTES.
2. "Infinite" Cycle (keeping warm and/or defrost)
Press the TEMPERATURE button and the TEMPERATURE display (on the left side) flashes. Use
the arrow buttons to set the desired value. Press the temperature button to confirm.
Press the time button and the TIME display (on the right side) flashes. Use the ARROW DOWN
button to set a value below "1".
The TEMPERATURE display shows three dashes to indicate "INFINITE" time. Press the time
button to confirm.
Press the START/STOP button to start the cycle.
To stop the cooking cycle at any time, press the START/STOP button.
If you press and hold down the time button for 3 seconds, you can see the temperature and
the three dashes.
3. Humidification function
Humidification continues for as long as the button is kept pressed down. For example, if it is
pressed and held down for 10 seconds, water injection continues for 10 seconds.
If the button is pressed and immediately released, water injection will last for only 3 seconds.
