Before starting maintenance, the plug has to be
removed.
A1: Loosen 3 clips and carefully lift off the filter lid.

A2: Pull suction hose down off the non return valve.

parts not described in this schedule must be carried
out by specialists.

If necessary, loosen the hose clamp on the
suction hose and pull the hose off. Clean the filter
elements with a brush or compressed air.
Carefully tighten up the acorn nuts of the filter
fastening. Keep the filter dry. Check the condition
of the seal opening of the hopper.
If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced. Insert
the filter lid into the hopper and tighten with the
clips. Push the suction hose onto the flanged
socket and secure with the clamp.
Release the screw and remove the non return
valve.
Take the pipe strainer out of the hopper socket.
Clean the pipe strainer with compressed air or
brush. Reassemble the filter.
The plastic ring must, in this case, appear on the
outside. Push the non return valve onto the
connection and fit the hose on.
A3: Press the closing lever down and clean the
discharge aperture with compressed air and
brush.
Check the position and condition of the gasket
at the closing cone. If necessary, replace it.
A4: Clean the base frame and lubricate the moving
parts with commercial multipurpose grease.
B1: Check position and condition of rubber nozzle, if
necessary, replace.
