bandpass-switch (X-OVER) (please adjust at both channels):
HPF
: If the amplifier is only used for a treble-/midrange-soundsystem, put the X-OVER-switch to position „HPF".
HPF means highpassfilter. The output signal is absorbed about 12dB (1 octave).
By pulling the HPF-adjuster you can regulate transition-frequency between 120-3000Hz by needs of hearing.
LPF
: If the amplifier is only used for a bass-soundsystem (subwoofer), switch X-OVER to position „LPF".
LPF means lowpassfilter. The output signal is absorbed about 12dB (1 octave).
By pulling the LPF-adjuster you can regulate transition-frequency between 50-250Hz by needs of hearing.
FULL:
Switch X-Over to position "FULL", if the amplifier is used for ordinary soundsystems. In "Full"-function the complete frequency-
range is carried through your amplifier.
Super Bass:
•
"Super Bass" function is for low-bass rendition.
•
"Super Bass" only works in "Off" or "LPF" position!
•
By positioning the switch at +6dB or +12dB audiosignals at 50Hz are correspondently louder.
Trouble shooting :
failure Possible cause
No sound - no or to low-remote voltage
by car radio.
- Blown fuse.
- broken or wrong circiut connection.
- broken or wrong speaker.
distorted output - wrong adjusted gain-level.
signal
- Broken speakers.
- wrong speaker polarity.
Low output signal - low audio level from car-radio.
- MUTE-function from car-radio is
aktivated.
- wrong adjusted gain-level.
Blown fuse - wrong circuit connection.
- short circuit.
Howling noise by - The amplifier takes noises from the
switched starting lightgenerator.
lock
Ticking noise by The amplifier takes up radiated
switched starting breakdown sparks.

- Check remote-voltage at car-radio measuring instrument.
- change the old fuse.
- Check ground- and batterieconnection.
- Check your speakers and speakercables.
- Readjust the gain-level.
- Check speakers condition.
- Check speakers polarity.
- check the sound-level from car-radio and MUTE- function of car-
radio.
- Readjust the gain-level.
- Check polarity of power connection.
- Take prodected Cynch-cable from radio to amplifier
- maybe take another way for installing the cynch-cables.
- if this does not help yet: ask your authorized car-audio dealer for
- Attach the power supply ocer a poer-stabiliezer.
- Check power connection.
- Check audio-cabels.
