NOTICE
• If the measures described below are not successful, please consult your
dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as power source, welding torch system.
1 Switch off the gas monitoring system EWR RPO/BASIC on the ON/OFF
switch.
2 The gas monitoring system EWR RPO/BASIC remains connection to
power and gas.
3 No control diode or only the red one is lit.
Cause
• Shunt not connected
• Hose, connection has a leak
• EWR has a leak
• Wrong setting
• Wrong setting
EWR RPO/BASIC
Solution
• Open the gas supply
• Connect shunt
• Seal and replace it, if necessary
• Disconnect gas supply from EWR
and connect it directly to the gas
line of the welding unit.
• Reset unit
• Reset unit
