Setting the gas pressure

1 Pull mains cable (1) out of the EWR RPO/BASIC .
2 Hold down the ON/OFF switch (3) and reconnect the mains cable
simultaneously (1) to the EWR RPO/BASIC .
3 The gas pressure can be read on the flow rate indicator.
Ex.: 3 LEDs = 0.4 bar, 6 LEDs = 1.0 bar
4 To change the gas pressure, use the arrow keys (+/-).
With each LED, the pressure changes by 0.2 bar.
If the bottommost LED is lit, the gas pressure is 0.1 bar.
5 Once the desired gas pressure has been set, press the ON/OFF switch (3).
6 The gas pressures has now been saved, and the EWR RPO/BASIC will
switch to the operating mode.
NOTICE
• Please make sure that the shutdown procedures for all components
mounted in the welding system are strictly observed, before putting out of
operation of the gas monitoring system EWR RPO/BASIC begins.
1 Close off the shielding gas supply.
2 Switch off the power supply.
