7 Working with the core cutter
7.1

Preparation

 Ensure that the branch saddle has been successfully welded onto the pipe.
 Ensure that the cooling time has been adhered to.
 Check the machine for its functionality prior to the operation of the facility.
 Thoroughly prepare the drill areas.
 Install the core cutter on the machine.
 Ensure that only drilling machines with safety clutches are used.
