Fitting the AC Schnitzer silencer
Warning: Risk of burns !
Only carry out this work on a cold exhaust system !

Remove wiring harness plug for exhaust valve motors.
Fig. 2
Starting at the weld seam of the standard rear silencer 240mm
and continuing in the direction of travel, measure
240mm and make a cutting mark.

Support standard rear silencer with a suitable aid and
secure against falling. Cut the exhaust pipes at the
marked point using an air saw or similar.
Note:
Before cutting the pipes, check the measurements
by holding up the AC Schnitzer silencer !
Deburr cut edges and paint with heat-resistant matt
black paint.
