5.3 How to take care of the E-XP

After 15 minutes operation, the battery will become
exhausted which will result in reduced engine
performance and finally suspension of control. In
the later case the red light emitting diode goes

out and the motors will switch off. The E-XP will
then surface.
It is important that the battery runs flat, otherwise
when charging the battery could be overcharged.
Attention:
Remaining water between propellers and engine

housing must be removed as soon as the E-XP
is taken out of the water. Dry these important parts
by blowing on the engine housing and propellers.
Open the submarine as described in section 4.1
and disconnect the jumper. Store your mini
submarine with front cover off in a dry place. The
battery must be re-charged before the submarine
can be used again. See section 4.2 and wait till
green light is on.
