Einstellen des

Sicherungsknopf einschieben - der Einstellwert

ist arretiert.
Rastung: 1 N·m.

Schrauben-Anzug
Beim ersten Gebrauch und nach längerer Lager-
■
zeit Drehmoment schlüssel zur gleichmäßigen
Schmierung der Mechanik einige Male
betätigen.
Nur am Handgriff betätigen - keine
■
Verlängerung benutzen.
Langsam und gleichmäßig bis zum "Klick"
■
durchziehen. Jetzt nicht mehr
weiterziehen - das eingestellte Drehmoment ist
erreicht. Das Auslösesignal ist deutlich hörbar
und in der Arbeitshand spürbar.
Drehmomentschlüssel sind Präzisionswerkzeuge
■
- zum Schraubenlösen sind sie NICHT geeignet.

Wartung und Kontrolle

Bei Lagerung zur Entlastung der Druckfeder
■
niedrigen Skalenwert einstellen.
Nur trocken reinigen - nicht in Benzin oder
Lösungsmittel tauchen.
Kontrolle des Schlüssels sollte zweimal jährlich
■
erfolgen, bei Dauereinsatz in kürzeren
Intervallen.

Setting of the Torque
Pull the security button on the end of the handle

to disengage it.

Adjust to the required setting by turning the end

of the handle until the required reading appears
on the scale.
Engage the security button by pushing it shut.

The torque has now been set.

Tightening
Torque wrenches are precision tools and are
■
not designed for use in loosening
bolts and nuts. To tighten to the required torque.

When tightening, pull slowly and steadily

If used constanly inspect more frequently.
