Warranty

The warranty period for new Wolff machines runs for one year from the time of transfer/delivery to the
customer, unless otherwise stipulated by binding legal regulations.
When asserting warranty claims, the invoice or proof of purchase must always be submitted as well.
All warranty repairs must be carried out by an official Wolff Service Center that is recognized by us. Any repairs
that you carry out yourself and/or that are carried out improperly will automatically invalidate any warranty
claims. The same applies in the event of improper operation and/or use.
Replacement of parts, accessories, and other modifications to Wolff machines
Wolff machines provide users with high levels of safety and reliability. To ensure that these are maintained, no
modifications are to be made to your Wolff machine compared to its factory condition at the time of delivery
without observing the rules below. These rules apply to the replacement of parts, the fitting of accessories, and
any other technical modifications.
Any kind of work on your Wolff machine is only to be carried out by a workshop that employs
•
appropriately trained and experienced personnel, and possesses the necessary tools and work
equipment. We recommend using authorized Wolff Service Centers for this purpose.
If you intend to replace parts, to fit accessories, or to make any other technical modifications, you
•
should always have a consultation with an authorized Wolff Service Center or with us (as the
manufacturer) before commencing the work.
We strongly recommend only using original Wolff spare parts and original Wolff accessories that have
•
undergone a safety inspection and been approved by us as the manufacturer.
You can obtain these spare parts and accessories from your authorized Wolff Service Center, which
•
will also be happy to fit them for you professionally. Original Wolff spare parts and original Wolff
accessories have undergone a safety inspection and suitability testing specifically for Wolff machines.
We are not able to adequately assess the safety and suitability of any non-original spare parts and
accessories, and – as a result – cannot vouch for them.
When making technical modifications – of any kind whatsoever – our technical guidelines must always

be followed in order to maintain operational safety/reliability and avoid damage. Please also feel free
to contact us at any time if you have any questions about other aspects of your Wolff machine.
We cannot assume any liability for damage that results from improper work or from violating the rules
referred to above and thank you for your understanding in this regard.
