(2) Auto power on function
(when connected to the PMA-201SA)
When the system is set to the standby mode, the power turns on automatically when one of the preset buttons

(PRESET < or >) or the number buttons on the remote control unit RC-906 is pressed, and the radio program is
tuned in.
(3) Auto function selection
(when connected to the PMA-201SA)
Use this function to switch the function to "TUNER" when one of the preset buttons (PRESET < or >) or the

number buttons on the remote control unit RC-906 is pressed, and the radio program is tuned in.

(4) Timer function

(when connected in a system with the 201SA series)
The power can be set to turn on and off at a specific time or at the same time everyday, in any modes: tuner

("TUNER"), CD player ("CD"), cassette deck ("TAPE"), MD recorder ("MD") and timer recording (recording to the
cassette deck ("AIRCH") or the MD recorder ("AIRCH MD") from the tuner).

(5) Setting the Sleep Timer

With this function, the power can be set to turn off after 10 to 60 minutes, in steps of 10 minutes, using the remote

control unit.

Cancelling the Sleep Timer
Press the SLEEP button repeatedly until the "SLEEP"
indicator turns off.
The sleep timer is also canceled if the power operation
switch or the power operation switch on the remote
control unit is pressed, turning the system power off.
NOTE:
If a several timer operations are set at once, the sleep
timer has priority.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the following once more before assuming there is a problem with the system.
1. Are connections proper?
2. Is the system being operated as explained in the operating instructions?
If the system does not seem to be operating properly, check as shown on the table below. If none of these checks apply
to the problem, the system may be malfunctioning. Disconnect the power cord immediately and contact your store or
