13. Maximum permissible motor housing

14. Fill the black water tank of the fine grinding wheel
with water up to the shaft axle.
15. Before starting work firmly screw the grinder to
the workbench etc. using the 4 mounting holes in
the base plate.
16. Adjust the spark deflector periodically in order to
compensate the wear of the wheel. Please note
that the distance between the spark deflector and
the wheel is to be kept as small as possible and
should in no case exceed 2 mm.
17. The grinding wheel must be replaced at the latest
when the spark deflector (3) and the workpiece
support (7) can no longer be set a maximum
distance of 2 mm from the grinding wheel.

Use only grinding wheels that are recommended
by the manufacturer which are marked with a
peripheral speed that is equal or greater than the
speed shown on the rating plate of the electric
tool.

3. Directions for use
The wet-and-dry grinder is equipped with a dry
grinding wheel and a wet grinding wheel. Please note
that you should always use the dry grinding wheel for
rough grinding jobs. Precision grinding, on the other
hand, should be performed with the wet grinding
wheel, applying the workpiece to the wheel with only
slight pressure. The wet-and-dry grinder was
developed for the grinding and sharpening of knives,
scissors, chisels and tools with cutting edges.
Please note that our equipment has not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.
