GAS REQUIREMENTS

The device must be operated with a gas regulator approved in accordance with
EN12864 and a CE-tested gas hose with a length of 0.5 m (BS3212 and EN1763-1).
Do not use a gas cylinder with a damaged housing, valve, ring or foot ring. A dented
or rusted gas cylinder can be dangerous and
professional.
Do not connect this device to an unregulated gas source.
Turn the gas cylinder OFF when the device is not in use.
Check the tightness of the gas connections when connecting a cylinder. Do not use
the device if bubbles appear in the test solution. Do not use open flames for the
leak test.
CONNECT THE GAS CYLINDER

Ask your gas supplier for information about connecting your gas cylinder.

Only replace gas cylinders outdoors or in well-ventilated areas, away from open
flames and any other sources of ignition.
▪
The gas cylinder may only be used in a vertical position.
▪
Close the rotary knob on the patio heater by turning it fully clockwise once.
▪
Close the valve of the gas cylinder and attach the regulator to the gas cylinder.
▪
Tighten all connections firmly and use a wrench if necessary. The cylinder
should be on the cylinder base.
▪
Use soapy water to check the tightness of all connections. In the event of leaks,
tighten the connection again and check it again.
