Q What can I do if the CT cable doesn't reach?
A Use a separately available extension cable.

Extension cables extend a single CT. To extend 3 CTs, 3 cables are required.
Q What if there is only space on the lower DIN rail?
A Move a breaker or device to make space for the Power Measuring Unit.
Q What if the power reading is not correct?
e.g. If 0kW is always displayed
If the supply and feed in directions are reversed
If the solar PV power is not displayed
If the storage battery discharge direction is reversed
If the power meter and measurement differ greatly
If power conditioner, battery display and measurements differ greatly
A Check the CTs are installed correctly: CT connections (connectors, clamps), clamp locations and directions.
Q What if wireless registration is lost?
A Move the Home IoT Gateway device into communication range.
Q The unit no longer communicates with Home IoT Gateway.
A Move the Home IoT Gateway device into communication range.
Q An error light is displayed.
A Switch the power connection breaker off and back on again.
If the error display does not clear, there may be a fault. Contact the service desk.
Q What if I want to add the solar PV and storage battery readings?
A Switch the power connection breaker and main breaker OFF.
Install according to the "Solar PV or Storage Battery Measurement" section on P16.
Q What if the measuring unit and Home IoT Gateway device are more than 6m apart?
A This may be fine if communication is possible using the wireless range checker in the installation app.
If communication is not possible, the Home IoT Gateway will have to be moved within communication range.
Q Can I use IT earthing?
A This device cannot be used safely in an environment where only the N phase is earthed.
Do not use this device on an IT earthed system.
Q How to register when replacing Home IoT Gateway?
A Register according to the "4-3. Connecting to Home IoT Gateway" section on P17.
* After starting the measuring unit, REGISTER LED flashes at 0.5 second intervals, but Register mode has
not been executed at this time. Hold SET button to enter the Register mode.
