• Ensure that the machine is not connected to the mains.
• Before initial use we recommend that the dough hooks and whisks should be
cleaned in soapy water.
Assembly of the Kneading Hook/Beater
Press the two whisks and dough hooks lightly on the bottom until they lock into
place.
Warning: The dough hook marked with the ring has to be inserted into the ope-
ning marked with the dot (7) of the mixer!
It does not matter which whisk is inserted into which opening.
1. Please ensure that the speed switch (2) is turned to „0".
2. Connect the mixer to a properly installed power socket, 230 V, 50 Hz.
3. Insert the kneading hook or whisk into the food to be mixed. Set the desired
speed with the speed switch (2). Begin at a low speed (level 1-2) and then
increase this if necessary.
4. Tilt the machine slightly up and down.
5. Always turn the device off before removing it from the vessel.
Note: For optimum results use high-walled vessels that are not too large.

If you wish to turn the device briefl y to the highest speed, fi rst move the speed
switch (2) to any level. Press at short intervals for pulsed mode operation.
Warning: Do not use this function for more than 1 minute!
