press the Auto mode but-
ton (15) again.
A beep will sound and the in-
dicator next to the button will
light up.
If you have switched off
Auto mode, the fan speed
will remain on the "Low"
setting.
If you switch off the appliance
while the Auto mode is activated,
the Auto mode will still be active
when the appliance is switched
back on.
Activating and deacti-
vating Sleep mode
To be able to activate or
deactivate the Sleep
mode, the appliance must
be switched on.
1. Switch the appliance on, as
described in Section "Switch-
ing the appliance on and off"
on page EN-16.
2. Press the Sleep mode but-
ton (14).
A beep will sound; the indica-
tor next to the button will light
up; the fan speed will be set to
"Low".
3. To switch off Sleep mode,
press the Sleep mode but-
ton (14) again.
A beep will sound and the in-
dicator next to the button will
light off.
Activating and deacti-
vating Safety lock (child
safety lock)
To be able to activate or
deactivate the safety lock,
the appliance must be
switched on.
1. Switch the appliance on, as
described in Section "Switch-
ing the appliance on and off"
on page EN-16.
2. Press the Fan button (8) and
the Timer button (16) simulta-
neously for about one second.
A beep will sound and the
"Lock" indicator (11) will light
up.
All controls are now blocked.
When one of the buttons is
pressed, the "Lock" indica-
tor (11) will flash two times.
