- Seite 3 SDI-Nr: 111 6187 050 D Ausgabe: 01/2002 Elektrischer Ventilantrieb FA-33xx-741x (FA42/6000) für VG8000N+H und VBD Allgemeines: Diese Service- und Dateninformation (kurz SDI genannt) ist eine Betriebsanleitung und beinhaltet Anweisungen für elektrische Antriebe FA-33xx-741x (FA42/6000), um diese sicher einbauen und betreiben zu können.
- Seite 4 111 6187 050 D Hierbei ist genügend Platz zur Wartung der Spindelabdichtung vorzusehen. Zur einwandfreien Funktion des Stellventils sollte die Rohrleitung vor dem Ventil auf einer Länge von min. 2x DN und hinter dem Ventil min. 6x DN gerade ausgeführt sein. Montageangaben zum Antriebsauf- und abbau: Im Normalfall wird das Stellventil komplett mit aufgebautem Stellantrieb geliefert ( siehe SDI vom Ventil).

Anschluss an Klemme 1 und 2: Antriebsspindel fährt nach unten El. Anschluss an Klemme 1 und 3: Antriebsspindel fährt nach oben Bei Ausführung mit Potentiometer: Ist die Antriebsspindel nach unten (Klemme 1 und 2) in die Endlage gefahren kann zwischen Klemme 10 und 12 der Nennwert des Potentiometers gemessen werden.
- Seite 6 111 6187 050 D Einbaulage: Durchgangsventile Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Antrieb nicht N.O. tiefer als waagerecht liegt. Zur Verdrahtung muss die Abdeckhaube gut abnehmbar sein. Für gute Zugänglichkeit (z.B. Einstellungen bei EPOS) kann Drehen Antriebes erforderlich sein. Bei schräge bis waagerechte Einbaulage ist jedoch unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die Laternenstangen übereinander stehen.

Einstellbeispiel: Ansteuerung 0-10V-, DW Eingangssignal auf 10V- stellen, Antrieb fährt in die obere Stellung.
