TROUBLE SHOOTING
Here is a list of some of the possible problems encountered during operation of the Lift. SPACE may not be held liable for any damage
to persons, animals or objects in the case of action by unauthorised personnel. For this reason, should a fault occur, you should contact
the technical services as soon as possible for instructions to carry out actions and/or adjustments in maximum safety, to prevent danger
to persons, animals or objects.
Technical services must be called. Take no action yourself.
Turn the main switch to "0" and padlock it in case of emergency and/or maintenance on the lift.
PROBLEM
Lift does not work
Lift does not complete rise run
Irregular lifting run
Lift descends automatically then stops within
100 mm
Descent is extremely slow
Motor runs as normal but rise speed is ex-
tremely slow
Release cylinder failed to work.
CAUSE
• main protection fuses broken
• Fusibili e trsformatore interrotto
• wiring system faulty
• motor heat probe disabled
• load exceeding nominal capacity
• mains voltage too low
• air in hydraulic system
• insuffi cient oil in tank
• blocking valve dirty
• leak in one cylinder
• capacity regulation valve does not work
properly
Warning: with empty, unloaded, lift down motion is slow.
• descent valve partially open
• pump suction fi lter partially blocked
• worn or damaged pump
• calibration valve faulty
• no air in system
• release solenoid valve faulty
• release cylinder gasket worn or damaged • replace gasket
• compressed air tubes crushed or
damaged
