PREPARATION OF THE PIZZA OVEN

Remove the pellet container.

Hold the metal plate with the holes diagonally in the shaft to allow ventilation from
below.

Place pellets on the metal plate (fill max. 80%).

Push the pellet container back into the oven from behind.

Light the pellet with a safety lighter through the ventilation holes on the underside.

Check every 15-20 minutes whether pellets need to be refilled.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Slide the pizza stone into the oven for preheating.

Let the pizza stone preheat for 20-30 minutes.

When the temperature reaches 250 °C to 300 °C, push the pizza dough onto the
stone. Before baking, add a little extra flour to the pizza dough to prevent it from
baking.

Turn the pizza every 30-40 seconds to make it cook more evenly and bake for
about 10 minutes.

Take the pizza out of the oven and enjoy it.
