PREPARATION OF THE PIZZA OVEN
1 Remove the pellet container.
2 Hold the metal plate with the holes diagonally in the shaft to allow ventilation from
below.
3 Place pellets on the metal plate (fill max. 80%).
4 Push the pellet container back into the oven from behind.
5 Light the pellet with a safety lighter through the ventilation holes on the underside.
6 Check every 15-20 minutes whether pellets need to be refilled.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Slide the pizza stone into the oven for preheating.
2 Let the pizza stone preheat for 20-30 minutes.
3 When the temperature reaches 250 °C to 300 °C, push the pizza dough onto the
stone. Before baking, add a little extra flour to the pizza dough to prevent it from
baking.
4 Turn the pizza every 30-40 seconds to make it cook more evenly and bake for
about 10 minutes.
5 Take the pizza out of the oven and enjoy it.
