3.4. NORME DI SICUREZZA
PER L'USO DEL GRUPPO
PIALLA
Evitare di lavorare legni che pre-
sentino difetti troppo evidenti
(spaccature, nodi, ecc.).
Evitare di inserire contemporane-
amente tavole aventi spessori dif-
ferenti.
Adattare la velocità di avanzamen-
to alla larghezza dei pezzi e allo
spessore dell'asportazione.
E' vietato effettuare asportazioni
superiori a quelle massime con-
sentite.
Non stazionare davanti l'entrata
della macchina durante la lavora-
zione e non cercare di guardare
all'interno; un rigetto di schegge
è sempre possibile.
Non mettere le mani all'interno
della macchina per estrarre
schegge o trucioli quando la mac-
china è in funzione.
Se un pezzo rimane bloccato sot-
to il gruppo pialla fermare comple-
tamente la macchina, abbassare
il piano di lavoro ed estrarre il pez-
zo. Verificare l'integrità del grup-
po operatore prima di riavviare la
macchina.
Mantenere costantemente pulito il
gruppo pialla (martelletti,
pressatori anteriori sezionati, rul-
lo pialla, utensili, ecc.).
Utilizzare guanti di protezione quan-
do si maneggiano gli utensili.
Durante le operazioni di pulizia uti-
lizzare occhiali e maschera per
proteggersi dalla polvere e dai tru-
cioli.

Do not work woods with too
evident flaws (splits, knots, etc.).
Do not introduce at the same time
boards having different thickness.
Adjust the speed of feed belt on
the ground of the pieces width and
of the thickness stock removal.
It is forbidden to execute stock
removals superior to maximum
allowable ones.
Do not stand in front of the
machine entrance during the
working and do not look into the
machine; it is always possible an
ejection of splinters.
Do not introduce the hands inside
the machine to extract splinters or
chips when the machine is
working.
If any workpiece is jammed under
the plane unit, stop completely the
machine, lower the workbench
and remove the workpiece. Check
the working unit efficiency before
starting the machine.
Maintain constantly clean the
plane unit (hammers, front
dissected pressers, plane roller,
tools, etc.).
Wear the protective gloves
whenever handling tools.
Whenever cleaning the machine
utilize glasses and musk as dust
and chips preventer protections.
