7.7. TENSIONAMENTO CATENA
DI SOLLEVAMENTO DEL
PIANO
Qualora sia necessario tensionare
la catena, arrestare completamen-
te la macchina e procedere come
di seguito indicato:
A) Macchina con piano fisso (fig. 4)
Agire prima sul tenditore 1 nel se-
guente modo:
- mantenendo fisso il perno A al-
lentare il dado B;
- spostare il perno A fino a un cor-
retto tensionamento della cate-
na;
- a regolazione effettuata mante-
nendo fisso il perno A serrare il
dado B;
- allentare il dado C, ruotare la vite
D fino a battuta contro il perno A
poi mantenendo fissa la vite D
serrare il dado C.
Agire poi sul tenditore 2 con la
stessa modalità descritta per il
tenditore 1.
CAUTELA - PRECAUZIONE
Non tendere eccessivamente la
catena per non incorrere in ano-
malie di funzionamento; eserci-
tando una forza P al centro della
catena, questa deve avere un ce-
dimento f come indicato in tabel-
la.

7.7. TABLE LIFTING CHAIN
STRETCHING
When chain stretching is needed,
stop completely the machine and
do the following:
A) Machine with fixed workbench
(fig. 4)
First operate on the tightener 1 as
follows:
- While keeping the pin A fixed,
loosen the nut B;
- Move the pin A until you get to a
correct chain tightening;
- Once the adjustment has been
made, tighten the nut B while
keeping the pin A fixed;
- Loosen the nut C, turn the screw
D until you get to the stop against
the pin A. While keeping the
screw D fixed, tighten the nut C.
Operate on the tightener 2 in the
same way as for the tightener 1.
CAUTION
Excessive stretching of the chain
may result in
malfunctioning. By exerting a
force P in the middle of the chain,
its yielding shall be equal to f, as
the figure shows.
