When storing the worktop, stand it on the
back edge of its long-side.Do not open the
plastic package until you are ready to install
the worktop. Before installation, store the
worktop in a room with normal temperature
and humidity levels. Do not place the
worktop against a warm radiator, or lay it on
a cold floor.
Advice for use:
The worktop has a moulded acrylic top layer,
which makes the surface non-porous and
smooth. The worktop surface and acrylic
sinks can be cleaned using the cleaning
and water repelling polishing agent that
accompanies your worktop. Also included
are 1 round sponge, 1 coarse fibre cloth and
1 cotton cloth. Dampen the sponge with
water, apply the agent on the sponge and
clean the surface using circular motions. Do
not put too much pressure on the sponge.
Dry and polish the surface lightly using the
cotton cloth.
If you spill something on the worktop,
wipe clean immediately with a soft cloth
dampened in water and a mild washing-up
detergent or soap, if necessary.
To maintain the surface in its original
condition the following is recommended:
─ Do not place objects such as pots, pans,
baking trays and kitchen appliances that
conduct heat on the worktop. Always
use a pot stand to protect the worktop
surface. Boiling water and splatters
from cooking food will not damage the
worktop.
─ Do not use a knife or other sharp objects
