6.1 Verantwortlichkeit
Als Hersteller dieses Gerätes betrachten wir uns für die
Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung des Gerätes
nur dann als verantwortlich, wenn
Montage, Erweiterung, Neuinstallation, Änderungen
oder Reparaturen durch von uns autorisierte Personen
durchgeführt werden,
die elektrische Installation des betreffenden Raumes
den einschlägigen Sicherheits-Bestimmungen ent-
spricht und
das Gerät in Übereinstimmung mit der
Gebrauchsanweisung betrieben wird.
6.2 Garantie
Für die Dauer von zwei Jahren ab Übergabe an
den Endkunden leisten wir unentgeltlich Ersatz für
nachweisbar fehlerhaftes Material oder mangelhafte
Verarbeitung. Transportkosten und Versandrisiko kön-
nen dabei nicht übernommen werden. Im übrigen gilt
die in unseren Allge meinen Geschäftsbedingungen
angegebene Gewährleistung.

Seite ausfüllen und möglichst umgehend zurückschi-

Eigenmächtiges Öffnen, Reparaturen und Änderungen
am Gerät durch nicht autorisierte Personen entbinden
uns von jeglicher Haftung für die Betriebssicherheit des
Gerätes. Während der Garantiezeit erlischt dadurch
jegliche Gewährleistung. Das gleiche gilt bei unsachge-
mäßem Einsatz (z.B. bei Betrieb außerhalb der spezifi-
zierten Betriebsdaten).

6.1 Responsibility
As the manufacturer of this equipment only if: we shall
be liable for failure or deterioration in the safe opera-
tion, operational reliability, and performance of this
equipment only subject to the following conditions:
all assembly operations, system expansions, readjust-
ments, modifications and repairs have been performed
by a person or persons duly authorized;
all electrical installations at the location of use meet
applicable national and local electrical codes; and
the device has been used in accordance with its
operating instructions at all times.
6.2. Warranty
For two years after delivery to the end user, we pro-
vide free replacements in case of demonstrably faulty
material or poor workmanship. We do not cover the
shipping costs or bear the shipping risk. The warranty
described in our general terms and conditions applies.

Unauthorized opening, modifications or repair of the
unit by unauthorized persons releases us from any
liability for the safety of the device. During the war-
ranty period, these actions void all warranties. This also
applies in case of improper use (e.g. operation outside
of the specified operating parameters).
