2.11. Grease the O-ring and moulded seal.
2.12. When inserting the measuring capsule, position the nose [3] in the
correct FMH groove in accordance with the flow direction. Observe
the arrows.
2.13. Use the installation key to guide the measuring capsule into the FHM
(Fig. 4).
2.14. Using slight pressure briefly turning anti-clockwise, find the start of
the thread and then tighten the locking ring in a clockwise direction.
2.15. Carefully set line under pressure by opening the apartment or line
stop valve.
Carefully check leak tightness and function.
2.16. Seal the meter.
2.17. Mark the connection interface with the WE1 sticker.
2.18. If not already done, turn the register to the read position.
2.19. Insert rosette and if required due to the large insertion depth, one to
three extension connectors (Fig.
3. Meter exchange
3.1. Block and drain the line by closing the apartment or line stop valve.
3.2. Remove rosette.
3.3. Use the installation key to loosen the locking ring.
3.4. Remove the measuring insert and the O-ring from the FMH.
3.5. Install new measuring insert, as described under No. 2.7 to 2.19.
Carefully check leak tightness and function.
3.6. In the case of regular calibration exchange Minomess WE, re-mount
the rosette. If changing meter manufacturer to Minomess WE, fit a
new rosette (Fig. 5).
4. User safeguard
A user safeguard (adhesive label, seal etc.) must be used to identify
whether the measuring capsule has been removed from the connection
interface or to prevent an unauthorised removal.
