Einstellhinweise
Allgemeiner Hinweis: Der Videoeingang muß bei allen Einstell- und
Abgleicharbeiten mit 75 Ω abgeschlossen werden.
1. Einstellen der Spannung U24
•
Die 24 V Betriebsspannung anschließen.
•
Helligkeitsregler R 6170 und Kontrastregler R 6175 in
Mittelstellung.
•
Mit dem Bildmustergenerator ein weißes Testbild mit
einem Pegel 1 V
in den Videoeingang einspeisen.

•
Digitalvoltmeter an L 2002 anschließen.
•
Mit dem Einstellregler R 2043 die Spannung auf
26 V ± 0,2 V DC einstellen.
2. Einstellen der Bildphasenlage, horizontal
•
Gittermustertestbild einspeisen.
•
Mit dem Einstellregler R 3010 die äußere linke und rechte
senkrechte Linie auf gleichen Abstand zum Bildrand einstellen.
3. Einstellen der Bildhöhe
•
Gittermustertestbild mit Kreis einspeisen.
•
Mit dem Einstellregler R 4009 einen runden Kreis einstellen.
4. Einstellen der Bildlinearität
•
Gittermustertestbild einspeisen.
•
Mit dem Einstellregler R 4010 die Quadrate optisch auf
gleiche Größe einstellen.
Die obere und untere Bildkante beobachten.
5. Einstellen der Schirmgitterspannung
•
Kontrastregler R 6175 auf Minimum und Helligkeitsregler R 6170
auf gerade sichtbare Helligkeit einstellen.
•
Kein Signal einspeisen.
•
Digitalvoltmeter jeweils an Pin 9 der RGB-Endstufen Ic
anschließen und Spannung messen.
•
Mit dem Schirmgitterregler (unterer Regler am DST-Trafo) den
RGB-Ausgang mit der höchsten Spannung auf U = 130 V DC
einstellen.
6. Einstellen der Fokusspannung
•
Gittermustertestbild einspeisen.
•
Mit dem Fokusregler (oberer Regler am DST-Trafo) die
Gitterlinien auf optimale Schärfe einstellen.
7. Einstellen der Bildbreite
•
Gittertestbild mit Kreis einspeisen.
•
Die Bildbreite mit der Spule L 6236 so einstellen, daß der
Kreis optisch rund erscheint.
8. Einstellen der Bildlage, vertikal
•
Gittertestbild mit Kreis einspeisen.
•
Den Stecker S 2 so umstecken, daß der Kreis optisch
in der Bildschirmmitte liegt.
Einstellungen im Farbteil
1. Weißabgleich
•
Weißes Testbild einspeisen.
•
Helligkeitsregler R 6170 auf Mitte, Kontrastregler R 6175
auf Maximum, Farbstärkeregler R 6177 auf Minimum stellen.
•
Mit den Einstellreglern R 6310 und R 6320 den Bildschirm
weiß (unbunt) einstellen.
2. NTSC - Einstellung (Tint)
•
Farbbalkentestbild einspeisen.
•
Helligkeitsregler R 6170 , Kontrastregler R 6175 und
Farbstärkeregler R 6177 auf Mitte stellen.
•
Mit dem Einstellregler R 6077 (Tint)auf gleichen Farbton
bei PAL und NTSC einstellen.

Alignment notes
General note: The video input has to be terminated with 75 Ω during
all control and alignment operation.
1. Voltage adjustment U24
•
Connect the 24 V operating voltage.
•
Set the brightness and contrast controls R 6170 and R 6175
to their centre position.
•
Use the picture pattern generator to feed in a white test pattern
with a level of 1 V

•
Connect a digital voltmeter to L 2002.
•
Use the adjuster R 2043 to set the voltage to 26 V ± 0.2 V DC.
2. Adjustment of the picture phase position, horizontal
•
Feed in a grid pattern.
•
Use control R 3010 to adjust an identical distance of the
outer left and right vertical line to the margin of the picture.
3. Picture height adjustment
•
Feed in a grid pattern with circle.
•
Use control R 4009 to adjust a round circle.
4. Picture linearity adjustment
•
Feed in a grid pattern.
•
Use control R 4010 to optically adjust the squares to the
same size.
Observe the position of the upper and lower picture margin.
5. Adjusting the screen grid voltage
•
Set the contrast control R 6175 to minimum and the brightness
control R 6170 such that the picture brightness just becomes
visible.
•
Do not feed in a signal.
•
Connect a digital voltmeter to pins 9 of the RGB output stages
lc and measure the voltage.
•
Use the screen grid control (lower control on the DST line
frequency transformer) to adjust the RGB output with the
highest voltage to U = 130 V DC.
6. Adjustment of the focus voltage
•
Feed in a grid pattern.
•
Use the focus control (upper knob of the DST transformer)
to set the grid lines to optimal focus.
7. Picture width alignment
•
Feed in a grid pattern with circle.
•
Use the inductance L 6263 to adjust the picture width such
that the circle appears to be optically round.
8. Framing (adjustment of phase position, vertical)
•
Feed in a grid pattern with circle.
•
Reinsert connector S 2 until the circle optically appears
to be in the centre of the picture.
Colour channel alignments
1. White level adjustment
•
Feed in a white test pattern.
•
Set the brightness control R 6170 to centre position, the
contrast control R 6175 to maximum, and the colour control
R 6177 to minimum.
•
Use the controls R 6310 and R 6320 to adjust a white picture
(i.e. no colour contaminations).
2. NTSC adjustment (Tint)
•
Feed the monitor with a colour bar test pattern.
•
Set the brightness control R 6170 , the
contrast control R 6175 to and the colour control
R 6177 to their middle settings.
•
Use the control R 6077 (Tint) to set the same tint for PAL
and NTSC.
