Ausbau der Chassisplatte
• Alle M3-Muttern der vier Halteleisten entfernen.
• Zwei Schrauben in der Mitte der Chassisplatte herausdrehen.
• Den Kabelbinder vom Anschlusskabel entfernen.
• Die Sicherung herausziehen und den Sicherungshalter
ausbauen.
• Die Chassisplatte hochheben und das Gehäuse nach hinten
wegziehen.
• Die Steckverbindungen zur Cassisplatte wieder herstellen.
• Die Chassisplatte um 90º drehen (ZKA nach unten) und rutschfest
hochkant hinter die Bilrohrplatte (Fig.5) stellen.
Hinweis: Sicherstellen,dass keine Berührung mit der
Bildrohrplatte erfolgt.
Die Spannungsversorgung und den Videoanschluss direkt an die
Chassisplatte anschließen.

Zusammenbau
• Die Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vornehmen.
Bitte besonders beachten !
Nach Austausch der Bildröhre
• ist die Verdrahtungslage genauso wieder herzustellen wie bei der
alten Bildröhre;
• ist das RC-Glied auf der Bildröhre wieder festzukleben;
• sind die 3 Spannkeile "E" (Fig. 6) der Ablenkeinheit, die 4 Rast-
haken "F" (Fig. 6) der Ablenker-Anschlußplatte und der Bildröhren-
sockel "G" (Fig.6) mit Silikonkautschuk-Kleber wieder
festzukleben;
• sind die Anschlußkabel zur Ablenkerplatte wieder mit einem
Kabelbinder am Bildröhrenhals zu fixieren.

Uninstalling the chassis board
• Remove all M3 nuts from the four retaining rails.
• Undo the two screws in the middle of the chassis board.
• Detach the cable tie from the connecting cable.
• Pull out the fuse and detach the fuse holder.
• Lift the chassis board and pull away the housing towards the back.
• Reconnect the plug-and-socket connection to the chassis board.
• Rotate the chassis board by 90º (ZKA facing downwards) and
place it on end behind the television tube (Fig. 5) whilst making
sure that it cannot slip and topple over.
Note: Make sure that nothing comes into contact with the
television tube board.
Connect the power supply and the video connection directly to the
chassis board.
Assembly
• Re-assemble in reverse order.
Please pay special attention to the following!
After replacing the television tube,
• the position of cables and wires must be the same as for the old
television tube;
• the RC element must be glued back firmly onto the television tube;
• the 3 clamping wedges "E" (Fig. 6) of the deflector unit, the 4
latching hooks "F" (Fig. 6) of the deflector terminal board and
the television tube base "G" (Fig. 6) must be secured firmly
back in place using silicon rubber adhesive.
• the connecting cables leading to the deflector board must be at
tached to the neck of the television tube using a cable tie.
