Service-Hinweise
Beachten Sie bei jeder Reparatur, dass die mit Heiß- bzw.
Silikonkautschuk-Kleber festgelegten Bauteile nach der
Reparatur wieder festgeklebt werden und alle Muttern mit
Sicherungskleber z.B. Loctite wieder gesichert werden.
Die Verdrahtung muß in jedem Fall wieder so hergestellt
werden wie vor der Reparatur. Achten Sie deshalb besonders
auf die Kabellage beim Wechseln der Bildröhre.
Wichtiger Hinweis !
• Die Vorschriften für den Umgang mit Bildröhren sind
unbedingt zu beachten!
• Vor Ausbau der Bildröhre oder Abnehmen des Anoden-
anschlusses muß die Anode der Bildröhre über einen

ca. 600 M
Widerstand entladen werden.
Gehäusedeckel abnehmen
• Die 15 Torx-Schrauben "A" (Fig.1) herausdrehen.
• Mit dem Sicherheitsschlüssel die Verriegelung
öffnen und das Schloss zurückdrücken.
• Den Deckel abnehmen.

Abnehmen der Frontblende
• Die zwei Muttern "B" (Fig.2) links und rechts neben der Bildröhre
entfernen.
• Die Blende vorsichtig nach vorn abziehen.

Servicing notes
Whenever repairs are carried out, please ensure that the compo-
nents which are glued using hot-melt adhesive or silicone rub-
ber adhesive are glued in place again properly after the repair
work is finished and that all nuts are secured using a thread-
locking adhesive such as Loctite.
The wiring must always be restored to how it was before the
repair work was carried out. Therefore, please pay special atten-
tion to the position of the cables when replacing the television
tube.
Important information!
• You must always observe the regulations on how to handle
television tubes!
• Before uninstalling the television tube or detaching the anode
connection, you must first discharge the anode of the
television tube across a 600 M
Detaching the housing lid
• Undo the 15 Torx screws "A" (Fig. 1).
• Use the special safety key to open the locking mechanism
and press back the lock.
• Remove the lid.
Detaching the front surround panel
• Undo and remove the two nuts "B" (Fig. 2) located on the left
and right next to the television tube.
• Carefully pull off the surround panel towards the front of the
unit.
