TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
Symbol L appears in the
displays.
Error code E1.
Error code E3/E4.
Error code E5.
Error code F.
Other error codes.
Possible cause
Lock function activated.
Error on fan left or right.
Air exhaust blocked, for
example by paper.
Supply voltage or frequency is
different from the rated values.
Internal temperature of the
hob is too high.
The control panel is dirty or
has water on it.
Defective generator.
Solution
Deactivate the lock function:
Switch on the hob.
Touch the plus (+) or minus (-)
key simultaneously.
Touch the plus (+) key again.
Check that the fan air exhaust
is free.
Switch off the hob and let
it cool down (H disappears
from the displays). Switch
on the hob. If the same error
is displayed again, call an
authorised service agent.
