Togliere i tappi dalla batteria e quindi con
l'ausilio dell'imbuto versare fino al livello
massimo segnato all'esterno della batteria
(comunque 5/10 mm al di sopra delle piastre
o tubetti della batteria).
Una volta eseguito il riempimento, è bene
attendere dalle 12 alle 24 ore e fare un
ultimo rabbocco per portare tutti gli elementi
ad uno stesso livello massimo. Procedete
quindi alla carica della batteria attenendovi
alle istruzioni riportate nel cap. 6.
10. USO CORRETTO E CONSIGLI
IMPORTANTE: Prima di iniziare il lavoro,
controllare se sulla superficie, sono presenti
corde, fili di corrente ecc; questi sono
pericolosi e potrebbero danneggiare le
guarnizioni antipolvere. Occorre quindi
eliminarli prima di iniziare il lavoro con la
macchina.
Fare molta attenzione quando si passa sopra
a rotaie, guide di portoni ecc. questi sono la
fonte di maggior danno per le guarnizioni
antipolvere. Evitate di passare sopra a
pozzanghere, trovandosi in presenza di
superfici umide alzare le spazzole. Se la
superficie da pulire è molto sporca per
quantità o qualità del materiale o polvere
da raccogliere, si consiglia di effettuare una
prima passata "di sgrossatura" senza curarsi
troppo dell'aspetto ottenuto, quindi con il
cassetto pulito ed il filtro ben vibrato, ripetere
i passaggi; si otterrà così l'effetto desiderato.
In seguito usando meto-dicamente ed
opportunamente la macchina non si avrà
più bisogno di effettuare "la sgrossatura".
La spazzola laterale deve essere utilizzata
solo per la pulizia di bordi, profili, angoli
ecc., deve essere alzata (disinserita) subito
dopo, per non sollevare inutile polvere, e
perchè l'effetto pulito della spazzola laterale
è sempre inferiore all'effetto pulito della
spazzola centrale.
Per un buon risultato vuotate spesso il
contenitore e tenete pulito i filtro vibrandolo
con gli appositi strumenti.
É necessario tenere controllate spesso
le batterie, e appena si accende la spia
batteria scarica Part.21/1 Fig. 13, ricaricare
facendo com piere tutto il ciclo di carica al
caricabatteria.
11. INTERVENTI DI
MANUTENZIONE
ORDINARIA
Tenere sotto controllo il livello olio idraulico,
per evitare surriscaldamenti è necessario
che sia sempre a livello.
Per eventuali rabbocchi utilizzare il seguente
tipo di olio: vedi tabella Fig.18.
Per quanto riguarda il filtro olio, la
sostituzione è prevista: per il filtro fig.18 la

sua sostituzione è prevista ogni 1000 ore,

il sopracitato filtro si trova all'interno del

serbatoio pertanto è necessario togliere il

coperchio allentando le otto viti con la chiave
46
di 10, quindi svitare il filtro e sostituirlo.

Remove the battery caps and then by
means of the funnel pour the solution
until the maximum level marked outside
the battery has been reached (in any
case, 5/10 mm above the battery plates
or tubes). Once the battery has been filled
up, you should wait another 12 to 24 hours
and make a last filling up to bring all the
elements to the same maximum level. Then
start charging the battery according to the
instructions given at chapter 6 .
10. CORRECT USE AND ADVICE
IMPORTANT:Before starting the operation,
make sure that the surface is free from
strings, wires, etc. since these are dangerous
and could damage anti-dust seals. It is then
necessary to remove these elements before
using the machine.
Be very careful when crossing rails, door
guides, etc. because these are the main
cause of damage for anti-dust seals.
Also avoid passing on puddles: in presence
of wet surfaces, raise the brushes.
If the surface to be cleaned is very dirty, due
to the quantity or quality of the material or
dust to be collected, we suggest to make a
first "rough" sweeping without concentrating
on the result, then with a clean drawer and
well-vibrated filters, repeat the passages;
this will allow you to reach the desired
result.
Later on, after using the machine methodically
and opportunely, there will be no need of
making a first "rough" sweeping.
The lateral brush must be used only for
cleaning edges, profiles, corners, etc. It
must be raised soon afterwards, to avoid
raising dust in vain and also because the
cleaning power of the lateral brush is always
lower than the cleaning power of the central
brush.
To get good results, empty the container
often and keep clean the filter by shaking it
with the relevant tools.
It is necessary that the batteries are often
checked and, as soon as the charge level
indicator part 21/1 Fig. 13 shows 25% with
a red light (battery down) recharge
immediately by starting a complete battery
charging cycle .
11. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Keep the hydraulic oil level under control to
avoid any overheating: it is necessary that
it is always at level.In case of refilling, use
the the following oil type: see table below

As to the oil filter, the replacement is
scheduled as follows: for the filter fig.18 its
replacement is foreseen every 1000 hours.
The above filter is located inside the tank,
therefore it is necessary to remove the lid
by loosening the eight screws by means of
the 10 mm wrench, then loosen the filter
and replace it.
