The display will automatically show the factory timer reading, i.e. 6,000 hours.
If the BactoDose had already been used previously, and is switched on again, the
display will indicate the timer reading the pump head had at the time the BactoDose
was switched off earlier. If you had increased or reduced the value of the time meter
yourself, the display will indicate the latest counter reading it had before it was
switched off.

once. The status overview of the dosing pump (dP) will be shown by briefly pressing the

per hour. Dosing with dosing pump 1 is therefore possible up to 24x per day.

Navigating through the menu

Pressing the button for 1x 3 seconds will take you to the main menu. The main menu
contains 3 control menus for the different applications. By briefly pressing the button,

As a result of wear and tear, the pump head must be replaced after 6,000 hours. If you
wish, the hour counter can be set higher or lower. The timer can be reset to 6,000 hours
after the pump head has been replaced after 6,000 hours.
Pressing the button 1x 3 seconds will take you to the main menu, where first 'Hr' will
appear on the display. By pressing the button once again for 3 seconds, you will enter
the menu relating to the operating hours of the pump. The default value is set to 6,000
hours. If you wish, the operating hours of the pump can be modified in this menu by
steps of 500 hours. By pressing the button briefly in the 'Hr' menu, it is possible to
select between 'rSt', 'UP' and 'dn'. One of these selections can be confirmed by again
pressing the button for 3 seconds.
rSt: This option will reset the meter indication to value 6,000 by keeping the
pushbutton down for 3 seconds. After this, the time meter will start counting
down again from 6,000 hours.
UP: By briefly pressing the pushbutton, the counter value can be increased from
6,000 in steps of 500 to a maximum value of 9999. Ten seconds after the push-
button has been released, the count-down from the selected value will start.
dn: By briefly pressing the pushbutton, the counter value can be decreased from
6,000 in steps of 500 to a minimum value of 0000. Ten seconds after the push-
button has been released, the count-down from the selected value will start.
The timer will indicate that the pump head must be replaced as follows:
- From hour position 0672, the display will blink every second. The pump head is to be
replaced in 4 weeks' time.
- From hour position 0336, the display will blink every half second. The pump head
needs to be replaced in 2 weeks' time.
- From hour position 0168, the display will blink every 1/4 second. The pump head
needs to be replaced in 1 weeks' time.
- At an hour position of 0000, the digits will blink continuously, and the meter will not
continue to count down. The pump head needs to be replaced.

dP
In the 'dP' menu, you will be able to select from 24 pump positions by briefly pressing

active for every hour of the day. As there are 24 hours in a day, you will also be able to
enter the number of seconds 24 times. These positions are linked to the real-time clock.
Position 01 is 1 a.m. at night, and position 20 is 8 p.m. (20:00 hrs) in the evening. As
soon as you have reached the position (i.e. the time) you would like to select, it is
possible to confirm this by again pressing the button for 3 seconds. If you then briefly
press the button, you will be able to switch between 'UP' and 'dn' with the position

minimum value of 0 seconds in steps of 1 second. If you keep the pushbutton

Pressing the button 1x 3 seconds will take you to the main menu, where first 'Hr' will
appear on the display. Then briefly press the button again twice, after which 'tSEt' will

In this menu, it is possible to modify the hours of the day in steps of one hour by briefly
pressing the button. Press the button for 3 seconds as soon as you have reached the
correct hour. Then will then be able to adjust the minutes. The minutes will increase
by 1 minute each time the button is briefly pressed. If the button is pressed for a longer

correct time is shown on the display. Ten seconds after the pushbutton has been
released, the correct time has been entered and the time meter will be displayed again.
