Limitano al minimo l'effetto ala del frontino ottimizzando il passaggio dei flussi di aria. Migliorano le performance
aerodinamiche e riducono il carico sul collo.
MR Jet :
-Aeratore superiore regolabile.
Convoglia l'aria fresca direttamente all'interno del casco, in prossimità degli imbocchi superiori dei canali di
ventilazione. Per aprire il flusso in entrata, spingere il cursore sopra l'aeratore verso il retro del casco.
-Estrattori aria posteriori regolabili per i flussi di aria calda in uscita.
Raccolgono l'aria calda interna mandandola direttamente all'esterno del casco. Per aprire i flussi in uscita muovere
gli estrattori in avanti.
Le diverse combinazioni possibili ti permettono di parzializzare il sistema adattandolo alle diverse condizioni
climatiche garantendoti sempre il massimo comfort di utilizzo.

Instructions : -MR Strada -MR Cross -MR Jet.
MR Junior line helmets are designed to provide maximum performance with minimum weight.
Smaller and lighter helmets provide maximum protection while being more suitable for the younger ones.
Please find hereafter the internal sizes available for the two junior models:
XXXS = 50 cm
XXS = 51-52 cm
XS = 53-54 cm
There is no age reference for each size; follow the instructions above for choosing the best helmet size.
The MR junior helmet range is made up of three different products to satisfy all needs,
MR Strada = full-face helmet,
MR Cross, =motocross helmet,
MR Strada, full-face street helmet with visor, complying with European standards. Conceived for road use, it
guarantees maximum head protection; suitable for motorcycle sports.
MR Cross, motocross helmet with adjustable peak, complying with European standards. Especially suitable for
motocross.
MR Jet, jet street helmet with visor, complying with European standards. Conceived for road use, it guarantees
maximum head protection, combining optimum comfort for short trips inside and outside town and maximum open
face helmet usability. It is suitable for short trips or with very high temperatures.
Read and keep to the instructions provided with your helmet.
Quick Retention System, provided with: MR Strada, MR Cross, MR Jet.
The helmet's quick release retention system is approved according to the regulations in force.
The system is factory-adjusted at a standard length. Before use, check that it is correctly pre-adjusted.
Put the helmet on and fasten the strap by inserting the fastening flap into the clip-on mechanism. In this position the
chin strap must be well fastened and not be too tight round the neck.
If the chin strap is either too tight or too loose, it is necessary to carry out a customized adjustment by shortening or

lengthening the band at the fastening buckle,
- To fasten the strap, insert the fastening flap into the clip-on mechanism until you hear a "click", which means it is
fastened.
- Push the red slider forwards to open and unfasten the chin strap,
Warning!
Always carry out size adjustments with the motorcycle stopped.
High Optical Visor, provided with: MR Strada, MR Jet.
Scratch-resistant visor made of 2.2 mm thick Lexan providing high quality vision.
Visor movement mechanism with quick release system.

Visor removal
1- Unscrew the fixing screw using a 4 mm Allen wrench,
2- Remove the screw and fixing plate.
3- Repeat the same operation on the other side.
4- Remove the visor.
Apply the visor by following the above instructions in the reverse order.
Only use compressed air, water and mild soap to clean the mechanism.
The mechanism is spring-operated and the materials used are self-lubricating, so it does not need lubricating.
Warning!
Do not treat the visor with detergents, oil, solvents, paints, adhesive substances and other chemicals that
may alter and impair its optical and mechanical properties.
Warning!
If the visor shows scratches or marks that can impair vision, it must be replaced only with original Airoh
spare parts.
Adjustable Peak, provided with: MR Cross.
The peak can be easily and quickly adjusted so as to allow a customized adjustment for any condition and use.
Loosen the upper fastening slider, adjust the peak to the best position and screw the slider again to fix the desired

Removable Inner Comfort, provided with: MR Strada, MR Cross, MR Jet.
Completely removable and washable inner padding, made of selected materials to assure maximum comfort and to
reduce tiredness while riding.
Sanitized® treated breathable fabric Used in the areas where superior softness and good breathability are
required, the Sanitized® sterilization treatment through its antibacterial action prevents unpleasant smells, ensuring
freshness over long periods.
Netting Used where high breathability is needed.
Net Used near the air ducts to assure the highest breathability.
Open-cell sponge cloth Used on the back of the fabric near the air ducts to assure maximum ventilation.
To remove the inner comfort:
The coated polystyrene cheek pads are clipped to the shell,
1- Release the cheek pads by prizing with a screwdriver between the shell and the cheek pad until you hear a "click",
2- Remove the cheek pads from the relevant housings by pulling the chin strap outward,
3 -- Only for MR Cross and MR Strada models --Remove the chin guard from the relevant housing.
4- Pull the back of the liner and release the fastening strap from the back side,
5- Pull the front of the liner and release the fastening strap from the front side,
6- Remove the liner.
Follow the above instructions in reverse order to fit the inner comfort.
To facilitate proper positioning on the back of the liner, slightly rotate it while fitting. The whole liner stitching must be
under the shell.
Have the child wear the helmet and check that the liner is correctly fitted. If this is not the case, adjust as required.
Hand-wash the liner in lukewarm water - max 35°C - with mild soap, do not wring and let it dry in the shade.
Warning!
The inner polystyrene shell must only be washed in water with mild soap. Dry with a sponge and cold air; do
not expose to heat sources.
Warning!
Do not modify or tamper with the polystyrene inner shell and do not paint, apply stickers, petrol or other
chemical solvents.
Warning!
Wear and take off the helmet after every assembly to see if it fits correctly.
Ventilation System
MR Strada:
- Adjustable upper aerator.
It conveys fresh air directly inside the helmet, near the upper intake ports of the air ducts. To open the air intake flow,
push the slider on top of the aerator towards the back of the helmet.
- Adjustable back air extractors for warm air outflow.
They gather the warm air from inside the helmet and direct it outside. To open the vents, push the extractors forwards.
- Chin guard aerator.
Integrated in the shell, it directs the air directly to the inner surface of the visor, thus reducing fogging and the
formation of condensation.
