Basic Operation
1. Insert the mains plug into a socket.
> With a bleep the device changes to the
(Unplugging the mains plug during the ongoing operation results in the device operating in
the operating mode as set beforehand).
2. Press the ON/OFF button.
> The ON/OFF and AUTO icons light up on the display and the fan begins to run.
The fan runs in the previous operating mode.
The FILTER CHANGE-LED flashes if the filter cover is not fitted.
3. Press the MODE button to manually select the required operating mode.
> Each time the button is pressed, the operating mode changes in the following order -
AUTO, TURBO, ECO and NIGHT.
4. Press the FAN SPEED button to select the fan speed.
Each time the button is pressed, the fan speed changes in the following order Speed 1 " – " an
>
LED lights up, 2, 3 and 4.
5. Press the IONIZER button to activate the plasma ionizer (the IONIZER icon lights up) or to
deactivate it (icon off).
A crackling may be heard when the plasma ionizer is in operation.
This is absolutely normal.
6. To end operation of the device, again press the ON/OFF button.
> All lights are extinguished on the control panel and the device changes to the
operation = Standby
