Message display table

For correct and easy usage of Ristodog please read attentively
the following table concerning all possible messages visible on
the display.
ERROR MESSAGES
General alarm situation. Non-operative dispenser.
FLASHING RED LED
Appears for every problem visualized on the display.
OPEN - Cover is open or not correctly closed.
LINE - Loss of power.
BATT - Batteries are exhausted.
NOPR - The dispenser has no program memorized or those
memorized are switched off.
FAIL - Generic error in power supply to system.
PROGRAMMING
MESSAGES
P1 - First program of food dispensation.
P2 - Second program of food dispensation.
P3 - Third program of food dispensation.
ON - Selected program is activated.
OFF - Selected program is deactivated.
TIME - When the word TIME appears simply press the key SET to
visualize the time set.

Maintenance

• Always unplug the cord from the outlet before cleaning.
• Do not clean using running water either internally or externally
of the product.
• Do not use solvents for cleaning.
• Use a moist cloth or sponge for cleaning.
• The stainless steel bowl can be cleaned with no particular
precautions.
• In case of food clogging, free clogged area of the duct,
empty the bowl, replace in position and reactivate dispensing
manually until the passage is freed of obstruction.

WARRANTY

Ferplast guarantees the dispenser Ristodog and all its parts and accessories within the limits foreseen by this clause and current law
provisions.
The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects only and includes free repair and replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage and/or defects caused by negligence, wear, use not in accordance with the instructions and
warnings set forth in this manual, accidents, modification, improper use, erroneous repairs and purchase not confirmed with a receipt.
PROBLEM
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Every time an emergency situation evolves it is important
to resolve it immediately so as not to interfere with the
programmed feeding.
WHAT TO DO
Press the key "SET" to visualize the message and resolve the problem
immediately.
Close the cover correctly.
The electrical cord is not inserted correctly into the outlet

and must be plugged in properly.
The electrical cord is irreparably damaged and must be replaced.
•
There is a suspension of electrical current.
•
Replace batteries.
Memorize or activate the food dispensing program/s.
Press simultaneously the keys "+/-".
If problem persists,please contact the retailer.

the product, at the end of its lifecycle,
needs to be sent to separate collection
point for electrical and electronic waste and cannot
be disposed of together with domestic solid waste.
To ensure correct product disposal, please dispose of
this product in compliance with the law provisions of
the country where the product is found.
• Replace batteries when indicated on the display.
• Exhausted batteries must be disposed of in appropriate waste
containers.
• This appliance complies with current safety rules.
• Possible repairs must be executed exclusively by qualified
personnel using only original replacement parts.
• The use of non-original replacement parts invalidates the
warranty.
