Programming feedings

Before programming the feedings it is advised to determine
the correct ration of food to dispense.
Regulating food ration
Only a few simple steps are necessary to complete this
operation:
1 Insert food bowl onto bowl holder (see fig. 1).
2 Fill container with food (see fig. 10).
3 Press simultaneously the keys "+/-" until the desired amount
of food has been dispensed, noting with a watch or stopwatch
the number of seconds passed from the beginning of the
distribution. During this operation the display will not show
any data.
This operation must be performed every time the type of
food is changed.
Memorizing feeding times
1 Press the "SET" key 2 times and move up or down with the
keys "+/-" until the inscription P1 (Program of distribution)
appears on the display.
2 Press "SET" again and the display will read OFF.
To activate program 1, move up or down with the keys +/-
until the word ON appears (ON - the program is active, OFF
- the program is inactive).
3 Press "SET" to regulate the desired feeding time using the
"+/-" keys.
The regulation has 15 minute minimum intervals.
4 Press "SET" to set time (in seconds) of food distribution
(discussed in operation 3 "Regulating food ration").
The settings have 5 seconds minimum interval .
Every dosage distribution lasts a minimum of 10 seconds and
a maximum of 200 seconds.
5 The program is memorized automatically.
6 To regulate and/or activate/deactivate the remaining programs
(P2-P3) proceed from point 2 of this chapter.
In case of temporary loss of power the dispenser's settings
will not be lost, but no feeding will be dispensed.
When power is restored, the missed feeding will be immediately
dispensed.
If the loss of power should last for the time period of several
feedings, on restoration of power only the first missed feeding
programmed will be dispensed.

Dispensation of P1

Ristodog permits manual dispensation of the first program. To
perform this operation press simultaneously the keys "+/SET"
until dispensing begins.

Manual feeding

Ristodog also permits manual feeding. To perform this operation
press simultaneously the keys "+/-" until the desired dose of
food is dispensed.
