depending on location. Connect hose to TR.
3. Remove the cover of the TR.
4. Disconnect the security spring (K) from the
crank (L).
5. Unwind steel cable along the intended travel path.
Attach to the TR stake (B) at the end of the
G
travel path.
H
6. Tighten any slack in the cable with the crank..
7. Reconnect the security spring to the crank.
8. Push the shut-off valve lever (M) forward and lock
into position with latching arm (N).
D
9. Open the turbine control valve (O) completely by
turning counterclockwise.
10. Start the water flow.
I
11. Check pressure gauge (P) reading for true
operating pressure at the driving nozzle. Speed
is controlled by adjusting turbine control valve
according to the Operation Speed chart on the
previous page.
12. Replace the TR's cover. The TR operates in a direct
path toward the stake and will shut off automatically
at the end the path.
Section 2 – Maintenance
The turbine and transmission of the TR are
maintenance free.
The roller and wheel axles should be greased once
a year.
For travelers in freezing climates, ensure that the turbine
feeder line (Q) is emptied at the end of the season to
avoid cracking of internal components due to freezing.
This can be done by partially opening valve (O) and
lifting the rear of the unit, allowing the water to drain.
