Eco-brewing

If you would like to turn off the machi-
ne after preparing a beverage of your
choice, you can choose to activate eco-
brewing when starting.
• To start, press the start/stop button
(16) that is illuminating in green and
hold it down. After approximately 3
seconds the yellow indicators (11,
13, 14) will briefly blink. Eco-brewing
has been therefore activated, that is,
after the brewing process has been
completed, no subsequent heating will
occur. Instead the machine will turn off
automatically.
If you have already used the milk
frother, perform basic cleaning as
described on

Standby mode

If the device is not used for more than
approximately 5 minutes, the standby
mode will automatically activate. The
start/stop button (16) will then blink
in red. To reactivate the device for use,
press the start/stop button . Also chan-
ging the setting of the knob or filling the
water tank ends the standby mode.
