Unscrew the screws which are just
screwed on plate frame, place the
handrail on touch with the frame plate
that screw it with the screws.
COVER FITTING
For Mod. Aurora..., Gaia..., Fig.4
The cooker is equipped with an unfitted lid. In order to fit it, proceed as here below described :
Fix the hinges (K) to the cover.
Insert the end parts of the hinges into the supports which are assembled onto the plate
(no screws are needed)
Insert the handle (Y) onto the lid (front central part) pushing from up to down.
Attentions:
The proper functioning of the machine is ONLY WITH OPEN COVER
Close the cover when the machine is cold.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

For mod. Aurora...,
The equipment is supplied with a cable with an European plug. The connection is an Y type
and every substitution is to do by a qualify staff. The equipment should be connected to the
Electrical Feed 1N 230V AC 50Hz supplied with an earth plug and protected by an omnipolar
switch to guarantee the complete disconnection of the equipment. To avoid any contact
between warm or sharp surfaces and electrical cable
CLEANING TOP PLATE
For mod. Aurora...
The top plate has been treated with a lubrificant oil to avoid the rust formation so it's
necessary to clean it before the ignition.
