Cause
The IP address in the OJ GreenZone™

The Wi-Fi router is switched off
The smartphone is not connected to the

Action
Set the IP address to "DHCP" by means of the built-in web server or using the IPconfig utility.
Check all LAN cable connections in the router, PC and OJ GreenZone™ Master.
Set the IP address to "Obtain an IP address automatically".
Enter the correct IP address in the web browser: 192.168.1.101.
Try again with another PC.
Replace OJ GreenZone™ Master.
Switch on the Wi-Fi router.
Search for available networks on your smartphone.
Connect the smartphone to the same network to which the OJ GreenZone™ Master is connected.
Start a web browser on your smartphone and enter the correct IP address in the web browser.
OJ GreenZone™ Master's IP address is read out by means of the IPconfig utility.
Check the power supply to the OJ GreenZone™ Modules.
Correct power connection to an OJ GreenZone™ Module is illustrated in figs 8 and 9 of the OJ Green-
Zone™ Module instructions.
Check the Modbus cable connection between the OJ GreenZone™ Master and OJ GreenZone™ Mod-
ules and between successive OJ GreenZone™ Modules.
Replace OJ GreenZone™ Module.
Replace OJ GreenZone™ Master.
Check the electrical connection. See fig. 11.
The alarm should be triggered when the input is activated (On).
