INTRODUCTION
OJ GreenZone™ Master is an electronic controller capable of controlling up to 25
VAV zones in a ventilation system. OJ GreenZone™ Master contains all the func-
tions necessary to control up to 25 zones by means of OJ GreenZone™ Module. A
maximum of five OJ GreenZone™ Masters can be connected in a fully expanded
system. A fully expanded OJ GreenZone™ system can thus control up to 125
zones.
DESCRIPTION
OJ GreenZone™ Master is the "intelligent" component in an OJ GreenZone™
system, while OJ GreenZone™ Modules simply control individual zones/rooms. OJ
GreenZone™ Master and the connected Green Zone Modules are configured by
means of the built-in web server.
OJ GreenZone™ Master contains a sophisticated function which optimises the
control of fan speed and of the hot and/or cold water pump.
The control and comfort parameters of the OJ GreenZone™ Master can be ac-
cessed either via the built-in web server or by connecting the OJ GreenZone™
system to a Building Management System (BMS) from where it can be operated.
The BMS communication protocol is either Modbus or BACnet. KNX components
within the zones can be connected by means of the KNX/Ethernet converter.
The OJ GreenZone™ Master communicates with the OJ GreenZone™ Modules
in the connected zones by means of standard Modbus RS485. By combining a
maximum of five OJ GreenZone™ Masters in a system where each Master controls
up to twenty-five OJ GreenZone™ Modules, it is possible to control and regulate
125 individual zones/rooms.
